Cloche Party

Marty at A Stroll Thru Life is having a cloche party.
I thought I would participate and show a few of mine.  I love cloches and they can be used to decorate in all types of settings.  I like that you can put anything under the dome and it looks great.

This one is in my piano room filled with antique teacups and saucers in a large cloche that is probably 14 inches tall.  This one has etching in the glass.

This iron cloche I have in my kitchen filled with faux fruit.
I love the little bird on top watching over the kitchen.
My husband gave me this one for my birthday a couple of weeks ago and I love it!  Found it at Hobby Lobby.

The little birdies in this cloche are waiting for spring...just like me!

Closeup of the little birds with their nest.
I purchased the birds at Michaels a few weeks ago for $1.19 a piece.
Love a good buy :)
Too cute and I love the color of them.

Thanks to Marty for hosting the party and please go by and visit the other participants.  I am sure you will find some great inspiration.

Thanks for visiting and God Bless,
Donna

Oh your cloches are just gorgeous. The tall one with the teacups is just wonderful. I love those and then the one that you got as a gift is fabulous with the fruit. So pretty and the scroll work is just beautiful. What a treat. The smaller one with the precious birds and nest is so pretty with such a beautiful finial top. Your displays are just wonderful. Thanks so much for joining the party. Hugs, Marty

The tall one with the teacups caught my eye. How are you doing? Several us at school have been affected by the weather change and it made us a wee bit grumpy. You need to know we all are about the same age--maybe that is the problem! Your pictures cheered me right up, lucky me. Thanks for sharing.

We learn something everyday, do not laugh I did not know what those jars were called. You tought me something new today. I love the ones you have, I usually imagine where people get them? I use the small ones you know to cover cheese and put decorations maybe I should join the party maybe I might get luck and get a real one.

Thanks for the lesson, oh I love all of yours.

This Southern gal had never heard of a cloche! Am I showing my ignorance here or what?
