This is an easy cheese dip I like to make and it is easy and quick.
Doesn't it look yummy!
Here is the recipe:
16 oz. sour cream
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
Mix the above ingredients with a hand mixer.
Pour into a baking dish and top with:
1 package bacon bits (or 4 pieces of bacon, cooked and finely chopped)
and green onions.
Bake at 400 degrees for about 15-20 minutes or until cheese looks gooey!
Serve with corn chips, Tostitos, Ritz crackers or your favorite crackers.
I hope you try this recipe ... we love it!
Thanks for visiting and God Bless,
Donna
